
Fitness-wise, I'm stuck in a rut... again! I'm still working out 5 times a week but I've started eating a lot of crap... AGAIN! It's so annoying! Friends claim I look the same but I don't think so... so I will go back to what I have done before... I will take a few pictures of myself this weekend and compare every week.... I will also have a food diary so I can track what I am eating... Here we go again!
I'm studying for a qualification in Personal Training... I'm really enjoying it :-) And no, I haven't quit my 9-5, I'm doing this outside office hours.
